FAQ
What are the minimum age requirements to enter the event? You must be 19+ and bring in a valid PHYSICAL government ID to enter the boat.
What is the dock location? 11 Polson Street, Toronto, ON, M5A 1B6
Is there parking? There are plenty of paid parking in the area.
What is the refund policy? All sales are final and non-transferable.
Do you guys provide refunds if it rains? Rain or shine this event goes on. The boat has a covered section and outside deck.
Can people bring outside food like snacks, etc. ? No outside food or drinks allowed on board.

Management reserves the right to remove any guest from the venue for any reason. Rowdy and unruly behavior will not be tolerated. All attendees to any event held on the premises must be aged 19+ or over. You are ultimately responsible for all of the guests at your party. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on harassment. Guests must not, under any circumstances, touch or talk to any of the staff, servers, or performers in an inappropriate manner. Management retains absolute discretion to decide what is ‘inappropriate’. If you or a group member acts in a manner that our management judges to threaten or disrupt the safety or enjoyment of others or acts inappropriately we may remove you from the premises and no refunds will be given.
Sales Policy
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded after purchase has been made.

Identification
Government-issued photo ID must be presented to gain entry to any events. This is a19+ event.
